Growth Capital Partners completes investment in Shorterm Group
Growth Capital Partners (GCP) was pleased to announce on November 23, 2016, an investment into the Shorterm Group, a leading specialist technical engineering recruitment and training company. Shorterm Group supports a wide range of household names in the aviation, automotive, power and rail sectors in particular. GCP’s investment and partnership with management will support the continued strong growth of the business, facilitate its entry into new sectors and accelerate the development of its training division.
Shorterm prides itself on the quality of its staff and systems, which enable it to offer market leading services to its clients and have helped it to grow its market share significantly in recent years. It works in partnership with customers to ensure that they can secure the most appropriate engineers quickly and efficiently, minimising disruption to their operations. Shorterm operates from 12 offices across the UK, including from customers’ sites, reflecting the trust its clients place in it. The existing management team, led by Steve Gallucci and Patrick Keenan, will continue to run the business.
Growth Capital Partners (GCP) replaced Chamonix as the main shareholder in the Shorterm Group.
